By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:

The contest is organised by KiddieAlarm, a brand of IDDiT BV.

• Participation is free and requires the complete and correct submission of the survey linked to this promotion.
• Each customer may participate only once per purchase and no more than once per calendar month.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Only customers who provide a valid name and email address are eligible.
• Participants must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase upon request, showing that:
  • the product was purchased as new (second-hand purchases are excluded),
  • the purchase was made within the last 6 months prior to participation, and
  • the product was bought either directly from KiddieAlarm, via our webshop, or through any authorised physical or online retailer or selling platform.

• The contest runs continuously, with one winner selected each month.
• From all valid entries submitted in a given month, one winner will be randomly selected on the first working day of the following month.
• The winner will receive a cashback of up to €20, based on the amount shown on the submitted proof of purchase:
  • If the purchase amount is less than €20, only the actual amount will be refunded.
  • If the purchase amount is €20 or more, a €20 cashback will be awarded.

• The winner will be contacted personally via email at the address provided during entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days or fails to provide a valid proof of purchase, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

• Data collected via the survey will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purposes of this contest and potential service improvement.

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the contest.
• The organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the contest or these terms at any time, without prior notice or justification.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, depending on the organiser’s place of business.
